Briefly describe how you started working with coffee:
My life income has come from coffee growing. Since my childhood I began working along with my parents in coffee.
 
                 
What did you do to make the coffee participating be special?
Classified the cherries, choosing the best after harvesting; pulping without wasting time. 
                 
What have you done to improve the quality of your coffee?        
Harvest:  Only harvesting red (ripe) cherries  
Wet Milling:    Pulping machine with horizontal cylinder, well calibrated  
Dry Milling:    Drying on solar driers for washed coffees.
                 
Do you own milling equipment in your farm? Yes ( x ) No ( )

The milling process is done with a 2 ½ pulping machine with horizontal cylinder
                 
How do you transport your coffee?    Up to where car can make it, the rest by mule.
How do you normally commercialize your coffee?   Local middlemen
