The farm belonged to the producer’s great-grandparents who passed it on to his parents. Nowadays Maridalton cares for a small part of it known as Sítio Bonilha. His children are still young, but he plans to pass on his knowledge of coffee to them.

Coffee processing system

Only ripe coffee cherries were picked for this lot. They were pulped and spread on a covered patio for drying. After drying, they were carefully warehoused in an appropriate place.

Concern about quality

Sítio Bonilha is very concerned with coffee quality and every day the producer seeks knowledge to produce better coffee.
