Second generation of coffee growers in his family, 5 years ago Miguel started to get some training in order to produce specialty coffees. His sons are cup tasters and are always supporting him so he can improve and keep his quality.
This is the first time participating in Cup of Excellence, he is part of the Colors of Nature project through which different producers get support in terms of processing methods and quality control.
