The farm is located in Tobosi de Cartago, at 1400 m.a.s.l., is a young plantation of 3-year-old yellow catuaí variety.
Selected carefully by our pickers, this variety has a high sugar content (26 degrees brix) so it was selected in natural process to take advantage of the sweetness and make a pretty fruity coffee.
