Description
The name refers to its high altitude, between 1675 and 1800 meters above sea level, during the rainy season it's a cloudy farm, this is why it is named “The Clouds” (Las Nubes).
It's Bourbon variety with a honey process, dried during around 20 days.
During the year, we work in nutrition and in preventive agronomic management for healthy plantations. We proudly have been working in a socially responsible project with our coffee pickers, because we recognize that a very important part of quality comes from their excellent job during the harvest. For our family, quality is the result of passion and love for our coffee family tradition.
