Finca Agua Sarca is a third generation property. We have kept the family tradition as coffee farmers. Nowadays, we process high quality coffee; we have preserved the processing of those varieties that can give us better returns with their quality. The farm is environmentally friendly, it maintains a balance between productivity and quality. Additionally, by improving the farm income, the workers conditions have improved.
