The farm LUCMAYOC belonged to a landlord named Romanvil, and it was being used pasture to feed cattle, the grandfather Mr. Jose Portilla Barrios who moved from the region of APURIMAC,  and ask for a piece of land to cultivate some vegetables.

Mr. Francisco Portilla Vargas father of MR. Raul Portilla Quispe was the founder of the cooperative COCHAPAMPA in SANTA TERESA, who started everything planting the variety TYPICA back in 1975 with an extension of 6 has. There was a point when the land was producing up to 150QQ of coffee. The year 1985 the varieties of BOURBON, CATURRA and PACHE were cultivated. The year of 2000 Raul finished the high school and decided to follow the steps of his ancestors and father and start managing the farm and the coffee production. In the year 2010 he got the part of the land his father heritage him and in those 3 has. He got to produce up to 100QQ of high-quality coffee. He is participating in local and national coffee contest since the year 2013.
