Farm Historiy

The farm "Las Ventanas" began to cultivate with the current name in 2009, as my father gave me in inheritance.

The farm "Las Ventanas" currently consists of 8 hectares of land of which 6 hectares are cultivated of coffee and 2 of natural forest.

It is located in the northwest corner of the department of Chalatenango, about 15 kilometers before reaching La Palma. It is located in the foothills of the mountains that form the mountain range of Alotepec and Metapán, at about 1600 meters high

Over time, its structure has been improved. Thanks to the introduction of electricity, it has been possible to build a small artisanal mill where the coffee itself is processed. They have also built streets that facilitate the transfer of coffee from the coffee plantation to the mill. The process that is carried out to prepare the coffee is washed and dried in the yard
