Located at 1100 meters above sea level, on the slopes of the Gulf of Mexico, nestled in the municipality of Cosautlan, Veracruz Mexico, with an area of 18 hectares, with Arabic varieties, Tipica, Bourbon, Costa-Rica 95 and Cuscatleco. It is a farm that has belonged to the Andrade Gándara family from generation to generation since 1938, thanks to the favorable conditions of humid tropical climate for the production of high quality coffee, the Finca El Pino has given us the opportunity to live in the mountains and enjoying the work of collecting ripe coffee fruits, which we process with great patience and care here within the same ranch. From very early on, my family and I mix with the field workers to carry out the day's work where we can also enjoy the forest that shelters our coffee plantations and the observation of the large number of farm animals that live here. Our flora is made up of cork oak, oak, pine, chalahuite (Inga vera), huizache (Acacia farnesiana) , poplar, liquidambar, bamboo, ferns and orchids. We also have fruit trees that are a delight for birds, such as orange, banana, lemon, walnut macadamia, mandarin, lime and Creole mango. Among the fauna we can observe rabbit, badger, porcupine, vipers, squirrels, opossum, armadillo, field mouse and a great variety of insects and birds. The set of all this environment is for our family and those of us who work here a true paradise. We produce the harvesting in full maturity, meticulous care for wet milling and during drying, cut at full maturity, use of clean water, regular maintenance on machinery, slow drying with stabilization periods. For storage we use Grain Pro bag and jute bags. Sincerely; José Luis Andrade Gándara.
