Located in San Cristóbal Verapaz, Alta Verapaz, it enjoys favorable microclimates for coffee production. With an average altitude of 1,500 meters above sea level and 3,000 millimeters of rain (spread over nine months) per year, it presents great challenges in drying its coffees... a situation that has forced us to adapt the processes to the changing reality of the place.
With its origins in coffee in the year 1962, FINCA SANTA ISABEL has been dedicated, through the years, to cultivating coffees focused on quality, mainly based on the production of the Caturra variety. For more than 20 years it has participated in qualitative markets, thanks to an immense passion for the grain that is shared by both its owners and its team of collaborators.
For several years we have been pleased to be able to help promote one of the most beautiful regions of our Guatemala… RAINFOREST COBÁN!
