Description

I have the farm from my parents whom were also coffee growers. The varieties I grow on the property are Geisha, Mundo Novo and Typica. I have learned the manage of Micro batch, thanks to the organization Copcafe I have periodic evaluations of my coffee, through a Q Grader cupper from the organization. For the harvest I collect fully ripe cherries, the fermentation process is done without water in hermetic containers with absolute safety; the drying of coffee is done in African beds under shade mesh. For Storage I keep the coffee in a Grain pro bag and in an exclusive cellar. The harvest month is January, and February and the peak is ending of January.
