Description
In Siltepec, state of Chiapas, are my beginnings in the history of the coffee sector, starting when I was younger, my parents, who were my mentors in the art of coffee and shared with me all their knowledge, years later, they inherited me the land of our beloved crop, so I became the owner of 4 hectares, which I continue to work with the same love and dedication since I remember.
As a first step I take care of the soil where we cultivate, trying to compensate it with organic composts that are very useful, because they give a better structure and fertility to the soil and prepare for February which is my harvest month.
I produce coffee of the Marseillaise and Bourbon varieties within my farm and in the production process, when it is time to harvest, I separate the ripe cherries from the green ones, to later separate them from the empty beans, which helps me to take care of and maintain the diversity of my coffee in very good condition, for its natural drying in a clean and fresh patio designated and thus be able to offer a specialty coffee. This is the first time I participate in COE Mexico.
