Finca Los Angeles is located in Carretera al Cerro Verde, KM 71, in the Lomas de San Marcelino canton in the department of Santa Ana. The property consists of 67 manzanas, of which 12 are cultivated. Coffee varieties grown on the farm include Bourbon Rojo, Bourbon anaranjado, Pacamara, Kenia SL28, among others.
- The property was originally owned by the Batlle family, part of the former Finca Las Lomas.
- The Rivas Family acquired the property from Mr. Jaime Batlle de Santa Ana in 2018. Since then, a process of renovation of the farm has been carried out, starting with a consultancy by Mr. Willem Boot of Boot Coffee, which included the selection of varieties and agricultural processes. In 2021 we proceeded to the construction of our own mill on the farm.
- With spectacular views of Lake Coatepeque and a pleasant climate, in 2021 we proceeded to the construction of Cráter Coffee Bistro, a specialty coffee shop, with the vision of introducing more people to specialty coffee.
- Approximately 75 people work at Finca Los Angeles and Campo Bello.
