7 Hua Xi Tian Manor Café BOT 2023

Located at 700 meters above sea level in Gukeng Township of Yunlin County, Hua Xi Tian Manor Café cultivates Yellow Bourbon, Geisha, and SL-34. Due to its orientation, the farm enjoys only 6 hours of direct sunlight per day.
Owner Tsung-Lin Hsieh, whose main job is working as a hydraulic excavator operator, began growing coffee in 2015 with the support of Council of Agriculture Soil Conservation Service of Executive Yuan ROC and The Tea Research and Extension Station. Due to heavy rainfall at his farm, Hsieh uses a coffee dryer to control his drying rate and prevent over-fermentation.
