Description
The coffee producer Herlin Emer Florido Encarnación, is from Huanuco región, Pachitea province, Nueva Zelanda Hamlet. His farm is named Valle Cristal. He carry out family farming with his wife and three younger sons. This family profess the Lord words to performs their daily tasks in the field. They lead independent plots of geisha, gran Colombia, limani and catimor, that are 1,600 mas.
The farm was created 10 years ago, initially with catimor variety. Then, new varieties were planted to observe how they behave in the production area, as Limani and Geisha that were planted 7 years ago giving very good results in the cup. Currently the management of the farm is conventional with an agriculture that respect the environment since there are many wild animals in the production area.
