Description
My El Huayaquil plot is a purchase that I and my husband made in 2006, from a neighbor in the area who was already living elsewhere.
In 2007 we began planting the plot as an old coffee plantation which we decided to renew with Caturra and Bourbon varieties to have better cup quality. After two years the first harvests were 10 qq and in the third year a strong harvest of 30 qq, later we were a little careless in the fertilization so the harvests were 20 to 25 qq, which continues to this day.
