When did you start getting involved in the coffee industry & why
Been involved in the world of coffee for 24 years. Because the coffee industry is my parents' business, the results of which have provided many benefits to my parents' family; to the point of taking me to college until I finished my Bachelor's degree. From there, I dreamed of advancing my parents' business in the coffee industry. By making innovations in the world of coffee, where previously Gayo coffee was only a semi-wash process, now we can produce 10 different post-harvest processes that require innovation.
Plantation background
The family-owned plantation was planted in 2005, the variety planted was the red bourbon variety.
Location of plantation: Kampung Pondok Gajah, Bandar, Bener Meriah. Altitude 1500 meters above sea level.
