I am Sukri from Desa Tolajuk in Sulawesi, Indonesia. For generations, my family has lived in the mountains, farming rice for our food and growing coffee as our main source of income. For years we had sold our coffee in the commodity market until we started working with Sisola Coffee. The entire community has gained an opportunity through Sisola Coffee to get a better price for the coffee we grow and gain a name in specialty coffee for our village and our area.
Our most popular process is an anaerobic natural. By having our processing facilities at sea level, we can use the heat and consistent sun to control fermentation and drying which lets us produce a very consistent, fruity natural. Every year we continue to hone our process to bring out the very best that Sulawesi has to offer.
