The owners, siblings Maria and Alfredo Pacas, are Salvadorans passionate about coffee, dedicated to its cultivation, processing and export. Their mission is to "Love coffee as a family member", a principle that guides all their actions and decisions.
They are the fifth generation of coffee growers, inheriting and perfecting the techniques and knowledge passed down through the years.
Through their work, the Pacas brothers ensure that each coffee bean receives the care and attention it deserves. They take pride in maintaining and promoting family traditions, while adopting innovations and sustainable practices to improve the quality of their coffee.
Their commitment is to offer Specialty Coffees that reflect the dedication and love they put into each stage of the process.
La Esperanza Farm, located in Cantón El Porvenir, Municipality of Chalchuapa, Santa Ana, is no ordinary coffee farm. What distinguishes this farm is a combination of factors that make it special.
Firstly, it highlights the different varieties planted on the farm. With a meticulous approach to cultivation, Finca La Esperanza has a wide range of coffee varieties, including Pacas, Red Bourbon, Pacamara, Orange Bourbon, Kenya, Bernardina, Heirloom and Moka.
In addition, the farm's biodiversity adds to its attractiveness. Shade trees such as ingas, eucalyptus and conifers, among others, create a harmonious environment that not only favors the growth of coffee, but also provides a habitat for diverse species of wildlife.
