Yangui Coffee Farm, located in the Tafuye of Alishan, Taiwan, is owned by Mr. Voyu Poitsonü, a member of the Tsou tribe. The farm continues to cultivate tea while also expanding its coffee production, overseen by Mr. Poitsonü's son, who manages coffee cultivation and post-harvest processing. Utilizing a multi-tier drying system, the farm ensures consistent quality, contributing to its success in the Cup of Excellence Taiwan 2024.
