21 - Aromas Del Corazon - Perù 2024

The “Aroma del Corazón” plot is in the Alto Corazón hamlet, Chirinos district, San Ignacio province, Cajamarca region. At an altitude of 1900 MASL, I purchased it in 2022. The farm grows the Marshell and Caturra varieties. The plantation is an average of 5 years old. In 2023, I began participating in local competitions, and the coffee received good recognition for its quality. Nowadays, I produce between 25 to 30 quintals of natural coffee.
