Description
Graciano Cruz is a fourth-generation Panamanian coffee grower and a producer of specialty coffees in Panama. He is also a foreign investor in specialty coffee in El Salvador.
He is the creator of the eco-friendly Honey coffee processing method, which eliminates the use of water in the depulping stage and involves sun-drying on African beds.
Graciano is an international consultant in quality and specialty coffee production across Latin America, Africa, and Asia, with over 35 years of experience.
He is part of the first generation of Q Graders, certified by the SCAA and CQI, and has served as an international judge in various global cupping events.
