Description
Located in Gukeng Township of Yunlin County, Hua Xi Tian Manor Café cultivates Yellow Bourbon, Geisha, and SL-34. Due to its orientation, the farm enjoys only 6 hours of direct sunlight per day. Owner Tsung-Lin Hsieh, whose main job is working as a hydraulic excavator operator, began growing coffee in 2015 with the Taiwanese government. Due to heavy rainfall at his farm, Hsieh uses a coffee dryer to control his drying rate and prevent over-fermentation.
