Sahayroen Farm initially began by cultivating the Catimor variety. Later, I was introduced to Java—a variety whose flavor profile completely fascinated me. Impressed by its exceptional quality, I decided to expand its cultivation across my entire farm. Furthermore, I am fully committed to entering this specific variety into the coffee competition.
