Description
History
I have been a coffee grower for several years, we had a hard time 7 years ago, but now we are recovering ourselves thanks the coffee and other business.
Environmental Care
We enjoy protecting our native forests as well as the water sources and the soil. We don't throw the coffee wastes to the river. We take care of the environment because we want our children inherit the best farm so they can continue working on it.
Coffee Processing Information
We think that the wet milling process is a very important step in order to produce a high quality coffee. So, we pick up only red cherries with an immediate depulping process. We use fresh water in the washing and the drying process is done in concrete patios.
