Description
History
My family comes from a coffee tradition, I grew up in the middle of the coffee trees with my parents and brothers. Now I live in the farm with my wife Sofia and my four children: Edison, Enuar, Duban and Tatiana. We are humild people and all live in the farm.
Environmental Care
The region where the farm is located is close to the Chimayoy Natural Reservation, which provides the water to the Municipality of La Union and other 15 small villages from the area. All the family are hard defenders of the environment by nature.
Coffee Processing Information
The wet milling process is done in the same traditional way as all the Typical coffee growers from the Department of Narino, I use clean fresh water for the washing process, which comes from the natural source of the farm. Almost all the work in the farm is done by the members of the family.
