At the farm they know the importance of enjoy a good cup of coffee, but also know the importance for the local economy and environment. The growing practices are important to produce our coffee; we take care from the seed to the harvest moment. In the plantation we do not use pesticides; we found the perfect balance between pests and their natural enemies. We practice environmental friendly techniques to growth our coffee, such as practices to prevent soil degradation and the use of organic material produce by shade trees.
