Motivated by the achievements in quality coffee competitions, regional and national, the producer Eulino Jose Novais, started investing in specialty coffees production, showing respect to environmental issues through the proper use of pesticides and proper disposal of empty containers of these products. In his own property, the harvest is selective and manual, done into bowls, to avoid the contact from the beans with the ground. The coffee is brought to the pulper in the same day as harvested, for processing and obtaining a top quality product.
