Jose Maximino was born in March 17th of 1949, in Narino Department, Samaniego Municipality, he is sixty-one years old, and he is widower and has 8 children. The Coffee farm was acquire in company with his wife and this is the reason that makes Mr. Pantoja continue working in coffee, he believes and has probed that the coffee farm is a small familiar enterprise but in well managing form  can support a family in a rural living. The farm “El Chinchal” is located 6 kilometers close to Samaniego town; the farm is protected by native trees of the area. This Coffee grower has an ambient conscience because he takes care of water, earth, flora and animals. He makes compost form the residues of the process. The production of coffee at his farm is by a traditional but ecological facility, the drying system process is all by sun.
