Overview:

The zone where the farm in located is in Ahuachapans Department, in the Republic of El Salvador , near the border with Guatemala , it is one of six farms of coffee that they are familiar properties, it´s name is San Carlos, and it has an average height of one thousand three hundred fifty meters above the sea level. It starts many years ago, when with the aim to produce coffee of the best quality due to the geographical zone in which it is and to generate a new source of work for all those peasants who live in the above mentioned zone, leaving one part of the obtained benefits to housing to locals to which solar power has installed to preserve environment and the flora and the fauna, like differents types exotic birds, and to contribute with the environment and the natural privileged resources of the zone. Decided to do all the necessary and possible dedication in order that the estate serves as a model of good taste and of good quality of coffee, given the ideal conditions that it contains, quality that has been verified by El Salvador ´s first name of origin Apaneca-Ilamatepec, in reason of the special characteristics which the estate possesses, like nutrients contained in the land, it´s height, the quantity of ideal rain. It´s climate and another series of factors and natural resources, have led us to obtain in several occasions different awards in reward to the quality of the produced coffee, what stimulates us as family to continue growing and making grow to the zone, for the beneditions that this land has. As for the variety of coffee which the farm possesses, in it´s mayority is Bourbón though also inside its total extension it possesses the variety Pacamara, ideal varieties to offer an excellent cup.
