The variety of coffee grown under shade of Inga, musaceas is caturra. Clay loam soil sloping topography. For the 2011-2012 cycle is expected to harvest 500 bushels. Family generations: Our family is integrated by 7 children’s. Whats your secret for winning the competition? For a good quality first I selected the lot, its optimal state of maturation, pulped and fermented separately, good point of fermentation and washing with very clean water, dried and picked in deposit box, washing and transfer bags. In my vehicle where the coffee is located covered with plastic.

To me it is a competition that gives the producer the opportunity to offer our customers an excellent quality coffee, it promotes our farm and the country itself so that the world today knows that in San Juan del Rio Coco is produced coffee of good quality.
