Description

Overview:

I was born in “Inza” located in the department of Cauca on April 18th of 1960. I received from my parents a farm of one hectare in the path of “San Martin”, which I later sold to buy my recent farm called “The Prairie”, that as it name says, it was just pastures and stubble, 17 years ago. With great effort, I worked with my first wife Marlen Tao, who time later, regrettably died, leaving me, two children Jaiber Sanchez and Nesler Sanchez who I finished to raise as my dear Marlen would wanted to. Recovering from the pain of losing my wife I continued working on my new farm; at the beginning I had just a small ranch of work and now, because of the coffee earnings and the support of my new partner Yamileth Caldon I have reached a better life for my older children and for my new two children Viky Yirley Sanchez and the youngest one, Benigno Sanchez as his father. As a result of my work and with the help of this blessed ground to whom I owe all what I am now, I was able to buy another farm which I gave to my older children. Now, they live from the coffee produced in their farm “The Memory” and have followed the tradition that I planted in their hearts as the first coffee tree I planted long time ago. My biggest wish is to continue working, improving and participating in these contests that open us the doors to the world and let us be recognized by the good things that can be done with dedication; likewise give the best to my family so they can be exemplary people and in that way they can reach their dreams.
