Tell us the story of your Farm:

It was a purchased of a block in 1980 by purchasing the remaining property in 1985 at the time Guatal with a production area of 10 blocks 8 block harvested 150 quintals in green production with a percentage of 60% Caturra varieties, The farm is familiar with 8 members working it with 4 permanent members. My fertilizer on the farm I perform with two applications a year and a leaf trying the wastewater collection with two batteries and a storekeeper for composting on the farm

What is your secret for winning the competition?

My secret is to cut only the mature grain (red), in the wet mill performed in a good wash and a quickly delivery to dry mill.

How do you feel to be a winner?

First I thank God for giving me this great opportunity as well as happy for this great merit for having a coffee in Nicaragua .
