Description

Name and Location of Farm:

Chain Mountain that initiates in Jinotega and surrounds the skirts of Apanas Lake, to 1,300-1,400 mt. of altitude. Is a difficult access place, the way steep and difficult to handle in rainy season, however, “The end justifies the means”. The natural beauty of the farm is extraordinary and the type of volcanic soil allows to cultivate a really exemplary coffee.

Tell us the story of your Farm:

This state was acquired in November, 2003. It was completely abandoned so it was devoted time and fondness to go improving it little by little. It´s the nobler farm of all, in spite of his altitude, (1200 1500 meters). He lacks the Typical diseases of these heights; neither corn nor another fungous disease exists. It is an estate which production is consistent, does not change. What has allowed us to classify in the Cup of Excellence twice. Its geographical location is a delight for the eyes of anyone that visit it. We are surrounded by a lake which is estimated from any point of the farm. We consider it to be ours spoiled. Since it is such a young estate we are in process of improving the social part.
