VUNGA CWS is located in Jomba Sector, Nyabihu District, in Western Province at a very high altitude. It has started in 2009 supported by Technserve.
The coffee plantations covers around 72 ha, among which 36% is the CWS owned land, while the remaining 64% is owned by different individuals who also supply cherries collected from 4 main sectors including Rugera, Shyira, Rurembo and Jomba sectors.
