In the year 2012, they gave to their son and daughter, Emanuel and Erika, some responsibilities for the farm activities. Erika, graduated in Administration, is helping on managing and administrative process as well as in the quality context always looking for quality in the whole process. With the help of Emanuel in the farm care, together they acquired many certifications: 4F, Certifica Minas, RFA.
Processing System
All lots are processed in the natural way, in concrete patio and asphalt. They also have a mechanical dryer, which is used only when necessary. After drying, they deposit the coffees in 4 different wood silos to be rested.
Quality Facts
All processes, from seeding to harvesting, are followed by an agronomic engineer in order to have the best plant development. The coffee is harvested when green cherries are in the smallest percent. At the patio they rotate the coffee as much as necessary to avoid any chance of fermentation and sent to silos for resting. Delivered to the warehouse in bags of excellence condition, they keep the coffee in a temperature controlled room.
