Description
Rancho São Pedro stemmed from the breakup of Fazenda São Antônio, by inheritance from my wife, Gláucia Maria Junqueira Reis. With almost 100 years of tradition in coffee production.
Coffee processing system:
Wet method, pulped natural.
Concern about quality:
- Harvested with a maximum of ripe berries.
- Care with the patio drying and later with the dryers; temperature in the mass not exceeding 35° C (95° F).
- Rest in rest boxes for a minimum of 30 days.
- Later finalization of the drying with 11% humidity.
