The Sítio Nascente d’Água Limpa, propriety donated by her father to Marianna Carneiro de Carvalho Junqueira, fourth generation to cultivate this land with love and dedication, is part of a familiar society of producers with headquarters on Rancho São Benedito, where is produced high quality coffee.

Marianna takes a huge social and environmental commitment to sustainable production, preserving the water sources – that name the propriety after – and the riparian forests, assuring to the next generations land and clean waters.

Coffee processing system:

The harvest is selective, and the freshly harvested grains are processed on the same day, being peeled and spread on lands uniformly for drying, assuring higher quality to the final product.
