This Finca has its beginnings in 1840 and was owned by many entrepreneurs, one of them was Gustavo Pérez Silva that built the house. This Finca was sold to Florentino Audelo Galguera, my parent. When he died I inherited the property.

Realize that our coffee is among the first four of Mexico ’s coffees due to its quality means that our Finca and Pluma Hidalgo's region has a great quality potential that lead us to a compromise to work on improving our processes and to take advantage of what the nature is offering us, this in order to open opportunities in specialty coffee markets worldwide.
