Description

This wet mill was built in 1986 and has started to operate in 1988. It has been built in the valley of Yandaro river from where it derives its name. It has pulping machinery of Mac Kinnon and can process around 500MT. The cherries are carefully selected by hands and floated to get good cherries to be processed. The fermentation can last around 12hours on average. The coffee is well cleaned, graded and handpicked again while coffee is still wet to remove greenish parchment. After all this, coffee is then dried up to 11% of humidity. Quality is controlled and dairy lots are produced.
