Las Tres Marias - El Salvador 2014 Verified listing

Several varieties of coffee were brought from Africa when the cultivation started. Las Tres Marias is among the farms that planted some of these trees that included Bourbón and a few Kenyan Varieties.

The farm is dedicated to production of gourmet or Specialty Coffee and 95% of its production qualifies for it.

The winning lot came from a specific portion of land that is dedicated 100% to Bourbón variety that was harvest at the right time when the cherries where fully mature using selective picking.

The farm will continue to participate in the future competitions, dedicating specific portions of land for this purpose and expect to be among the winner´s list.
