Description
Dominga owns only a small parcel of coffee that belonged to his father and who inherited her. She, her husband and their son work on the field. Her family dedicates to the coffee and all of them initiated in coffee production in 1935. She has Typica variety because she likes the yield of this plan. Eight years ago she renovated her trees and works with organic practices. She thinks that it is important that the growers take care of the soils for the plants to be strong. To the young growers that come back to the land, to the agriculture as their fathers and grandfathers. The coffee activity is a noble one, it gives profits if they work hard on it, the land gives oxygen for breathing and other products, foods, fruits, herbs to eat.
When someone that knows about coffee and cupping and tells you that the cup profile is good, the idea of producing coffee changes totally. We are very proud to see our names on the list.
