Tell us The Farm History:

This farm was inherited to my wife for my father in law.I toke possession of the property and I dedicate my hole life to work it.Today it is the largest farm in Dipilto, with a fairly significant production. In this area there is a microclimate that it rains very often. The yield of the farm is more or less 5,000 Quintals. It has a wet mill and access roads by plantations to coffee, which allows us to transport coffee in vehicle so that workers do not have to load the coffee.I granted a portion of the farm land for the purpose of build a school, which teaches all children in surrounding communities. I think within the farm soon inherit my children in order to continue the line and keep the farm in the family.

Family Generations:

This is the second generation who works the farm and soon will be the third because I will inherit to my children. The hard work I've done on the farm has made it to be the largest farm in Dipilto. With production of this farm, I could educate my four children and to have other investments.

What is your secret for winning the competition?

Basically the secret of producing Quality Coffee lies in having a strict quality control from cutting coffee (Only very red) until mill process. It's a pretty extensive network, which requires a lot of people with knowledge and experience. Obviously this must be added the benefits of the estate and the geographic location.
