Angel began producing coffee in a small farm of 1/8 hectares given him by his father in the community of San Matias, department of La Paz. Angel Daniel says that the road to quality begins in the farm picking just ripe cherries and milling the same day, and wash properly before to put in solar dryers.

His dream is to build a school in his community, since the past 2 years he offering his home as a school that serve 23 children in primary and 7 children in kindergarten, they have a volunteer teacher.
