It was legacy of José Alfonso Peralta Gutierrez to his son Luis Alberto Peralta Mantilla, initially the farm had an area of 47 Manzanas of land* in 1967. Currently the farm has an area of 105 Manzanas of land

FAMILY GENERATIONS:
It belongs to the second generation of the Peralta family.

WHICH IS YOUR SECRET FOR WINNING THE COMPETITION?
On our farm we cultivate Arabica varieties, such as Caturra and Catuaí, good agricultural management practice, good practice cutting, wet milling process right and good management in dry mill.

HOW DO YOU FEEL OF BEEN ONE OF THE WINNERS?
Very grateful to God for giving me the opportunity to be part of the group of producers of specialty coffee in Nicaragua and be recognized globally.

IN WHAT YOU WILL BE INVESTING PROFIT TO BE OBTAINED FROM ELECTRONIC AUCTION?
Proceeds will be invested in improvements in existing infrastructure
