Active in the coffee market for 15 years, Agro Fonte Alta is present at all the stages of the production chain of the product, from planting crops to extracting the coffee in the cup for the end consumer. Coffee processing system
The harvest is done 100% by hand; intensifying demand for labor, offering jobs in the region. When it arrives at the patio, it is processed by the dry method – natural or the wet method, only not demuscilated – the mucilage is not removed from the coffee.
Concern about quality
The farm has its own roaster, an Opus 4, from Lilla, for specialty coffees and a Carmomaq for service with superior and traditional coffees, as well as a Q Grader to control quality during the entire production – which goes all the way to the gate. The principal characteristics of the coffee: aromatic notes, body, sweetness, acidity, and of yellow and red fruits. Chocolate and acidity present.
