Together, Cínthia, Ticiana, Cláudia and Roney Dias Villela, children of Regina Lucia and Edmo Junqueira Villela, administer Fazenda Nossa Senhora Aparecida aided by their parents’ vast experience in planting and caring for the varieties most-recommended for obtaining productivity and quality, both of which stand out in the Mantiqueira de Minas region.

Coffee processing system: Natural

Concern about quality:

The father carefully chose the location for the Bourb—n crops, at 1200 m. The harvest is selective and only ripe coffee cherries make up the lot. The coffee is taken directly from the fields to the patio. It is raked repeatedly (to promote uniform drying) by Ivanil, a collaborator responsible for handling the washing, drying and processing of the coffee. The goal is to continuously improve the production and commercialization of a coffee that meets the most demanding standards of quality of potential partners worldwide.
