Gildardo has been producing coffee for 27 years, he is the 4th generation of coffee producers in his family. He explains that the quality of his coffee is guaranteed by the Agronomical management, the picking after the 5th or 6th week of maturation of the cherries, 30 hours of fermentation and 20 days of drying. This was the first time competing in Cup of Excellence after getting great feedback for his coffee in previous events. He wants to invest and improve the management of his farm and his quality of life. Gildardo feels so proud to know that his coffee has outstood among many others and got him the 7th place which is an honor for his municipality.
