History of Finca Las Ventanas

The farm "Las Ventanas" began to cultivate with the current name in 2009, since my father gave me in inheritance.

The property "Las Ventanas" currently consists of 8 manzanas of land of which 6 apples are cultivated of coffee and 2 of natural forest.

It is located in the northwest corner of the department of Chalatenango, about 15 kilometers before arriving at La Palma. It is located in the foothills of the mountains that form the mountain range of Alotepec and Metapán, to about 1600 meters of height.

 Over time, its structure has improved. Thanks to the introduction of electric power, it has been possible to build a small handicraft where the coffee is processed. Also, streets have been constructed that facilitate the transfer of the coffee from the coffee to the benefit. The process that is done to prepare the coffee is washed and dried in the yard.
