Description

This property is located in Las Manos, municipality Dipilto Nueva Segovia, was inherited by my father Isacio Albir Vilchez, who owns the same area.It takes the name of the Cypres since when acquiring the farm was found with several trees of cypres, the estate has an area of 30 Mz and at the moment they are cultivated 12 of these, the goal is to take the estate to 20 mz and the remaining 10 Mz leave them as a forest

 

Family generations:

 

-    First generation: The generations of my family began with my great-grandfather Esteban Albir who arrived in Ocotal and his first job was as a livestock-lesser, with much effort was buying properties.

-    Second generation: My great-grandfather Esteban inherited my grandfather Isacio Albir Gutierrez

-    Third generation: Isacio Albir Vilchez my father and my youngest son of my grandfather Isacio Albir.

-    Fourth generation: Isabel Eugenia Albir Arguello

 

What's the secret that made you win the contest?

 

-It was achieved with much effort of the workers since they understood the changes we needed to make to obtain a better quality of the coffee that we produce, besides remunerating their effort according to the demands.It improved the grain cut as well as the treatment after the cut, experimented with many processes to achieve the right one and to learn that the constancy yields fruits and to know better the areas of the farm.

 

How you feel to be one of the winners?

 

-The feeling is rewarding since the work done with much sacrifice paid off, everyone involved in the production chain is important and the achievement is mainly theirs

 

In what you're gonna invest the profit of the electronic auction?

 

-Improvements to the farm, mainly in infrastructure, both to improve conditions for workers and the coffee area from where

 

Have you ever participated in the contest before? Did you win?

 

-No, my dad did and he won once

 

What you think about Cup of excellence?

 

-I think it is an opportunity to make known our best coffee and to be able to make the relationship with the direct buyers of all the participants who reach the final stage. It is also compared to other people and experiences are exchanged which I promise to be successful all together.
